Whether you book a one-way drop or a round trip, the distance is calculated from our garage back to our garage (Round Trip). This covers the driver's return journey after dropping you off.Per Km Rate:-
The base cost of hiring the vehicle (e.g., ₹11/km -₹13/km for Sedans).Minimum Km Rule:-
For round trips, a minimum of 250 km - 300 km per day is charged to ensure fair compensation for blocking the vehicle.- Example:- A 3-day trip is billed for a minimum of 750 km (250 x 3), even if you travel less depend upon city to city.
Driver Allowance (DA):-
A daily fee (typically ₹300-₹500) paid to the driver for their food and stay expenses.Tolls & State Taxes:-
These are government levies paid on actuals. You can pay these directly at the toll booths or reimburse the driver against receipts.Night Charge:-
Applicable only if the driver drives between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

The 250 km per day rule is calculated on an average basis. For example, a 3-day trip has a minimum billing of 750 km. You can travel more on one day and less on another, as long as the total distance remains within the allotted kilometers.
